Postage and insurance charges

UK Orders

With all UK mainland orders postage and packing is £2. Please note that proof of posting is always obtained, but that orders for UK delivery are not insured.

EU and other International orders

Additional Postage is charged for destinations within the EU and other international destinations, please email or telephone for a postage price, which will be charged to you at cost.

Orders are not insured unless the customer requests this, but proof of posting is obtained and a copy can be provided if required. If you would like you order insured please email or telephone for a price, which will be charged to you at cost.

Please be aware that due to various postage restrictions we cannot send dangerous or flammable products such as glues and cleaners to overseas destinations.

Password and Security

When you make an online purchase you will be asked to create an account and set a password. You must keep this information confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone.
